In a market still largely featured by a payment model based on commissions derived from the financial products sold, and therefore unlikely in line with the best interests of the client and the quality of the service, we have recognised a market opportunity and personal need to offer an answer to the demands of our investors, in search of an independent mediator.

That is how Independent Private Bankers started.  A company operating as an intermediary among customers and their investments, and that the founders like to describe as an associate firm created by Private Bankers who are also part of the shareholders.

IPB reflects the values and the potentials of the partners founders:

  • the methodological discipline of authoritative exponents of the academic world
  • the specialization of affirmed entrepreneurs and legal and fiscal experts
  • the propensity towards the innovation of the Private Bankers

The professionalism of the partner Benchmark and Style derives from the experience of a group of university teachers of Economy of the Financial Middlemen, who for over a decade have been involved in a close examination on subjects related to: the optimization of the portfolio, control of risks, and in the evaluation of ‘managed savings products’.

The main factors that have distinguished the activity of our shareholder within the company, are the constant search for the most suitable solutions to the mutable demands of the clients, which at the same time, are also independent from the logics of profitability for the distributor.

Among our partners founders, there are also important entrepreneurs from the real estate sector and established professionals within the legal and the fiscal fields, who have matured qualifications and experiences on the areas inherent to: financial mediation/brokerage, the relationships among Private Bankers, clients and the SIM, and the realization of tax solutions such as international trusts.

IPB founders have gathered experience of over a decade within the financial mediation and advisory, therefore they have decided to start a company whose structure and capital, are and will stay fully independent from the banking and insurance systems, with the aim of guaranteeing an ideal alignment of interests between clients and partners.
