Born in Spoleto (PG) on June the 23rd 1970, in April 1995, he achieved the qualification to the exercise within the profession of Chartered Accountant and in 1999 was became member of the Register of Bookkeeping Auditors.
In 1996, he developed the activity of tributary advisory for the Study of Legal and Tributary Consultation, member of Andersen Worldwide, then "Tributary Study and Societario" Deloitte, with whom he becomes ordinary partner in September 1999. Among the treated themes: civil issues and fiscal connected to operations extraordinary (divisions, fusions, conferment etc.) company analysis of the fiscal problem list of the sector banking-insurance, tax planning for groups working companies in the international circle.
In July 2004 he covers the role of responsible for Rome's centre in the Tributary study, in partnership with Red Labourers Scarioni.

He has also collaborated with different publications and specialized magazines.
