He was born in Rome on February the 7th 1943, he became Chartered Accountant in 1970, Technical Advisor of the Court in Rome from 1971, Official Auditor of the Accounts from 1976, and Bookkeeping Auditor from 1995.
Currently he is the President of different Syndicate Colleges of Stock companies, Auditor of the Federation de Experts Comptables Mediterranéens, and member of the Committee Italo-Argentina for the study of bookkeeping harmonization on designation of Chartered Accountants National Suggestion.

Between 1996 and 1999, he has covered different roles among which: member of the National Committee examinations for the registration to the register of the bookkeeping auditors, President of the Committee of the C.N.D.C. and adviser of the order of the Chartered Accountants of Rome.
